POP-S-826
It is a soft fine particle size acrylic resin dispersion most commonly used to impregnated full and corrected grain leathers.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Appearance :- Milky White Emulsion
- Solid Contents :- 38 ± 1 %
- pH :- 6.0 ±1
- Ionic Character :- Anionic
- Mechanical Stability :- Excellent
PROPERTIES & APPLICATIONS
POP -S-826 mainly be used in full grain base coats to promote superior adhesions to the leathers. It can be used alone or modified to soften harder polymer systems yielding increased extensibility and flexibility.
The adhesion promotion and fine particle size characteristics of POP -S-826 facilitate its use a soft component binder in the formulation of base coats such as garment, sheep skin and bovine leathers. Finish coats based on POP -S-826 has excellent flexibility and do not increase the temper of leather. POP -S-826 is particularly suitable for finishing sports goods leathers such as football leathers as it gives good coverage with glossy and elastic finish which is non-tacky. Owing to its light fastness properties POP -S-826 can be used in the finishing of white or pastel shades as well.
POP-S-863
It is a very fine uniform particle size acrylic resin dispersion having good penetration properties. POP -S-863 can be used in the formulation of base & colour coats and in surface impregnation of full and corrected grain leathers.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Appearance :- Milky White Emulsion
- Solid Contents :- 38 ± 1 %
- pH :- 5.0 – 5.5
- Ionic Character :- Anionic
POP -S-863’s unique polymerization technology enables the following features:
- Very fine uniform particle size distribution
- Soft, gentle handle for today's natural looking leathers.
- Outstanding adhesion promotional properties on full grain and sheep skin leathers
- Good penetration properties on all types of leathers
- Excellent cold crack resistance
- In Impregnation POP -S-863 produces less firming and less surface discolouration than conventional acrylic resins
POP-LAC-HG
It is a Nitrocellulose lacquer emulsion dilutable with water
